A very good plus hardcover copy. Spine has been rebacked with original label. Copy is very tight and clean. SIGNED LIMITED EDITION OF 1000 copies of which this is number 526. Two signatures in pencil appear on the front free endpaper; Sara Higgins and Joe Foster. Sara Higgins was the wife of Victor Higgins, a well known artist of the Taos Circle. Both were good friends of D. H. Lawrence as was Joe Foster who wrote a bibliography of Lawrence. All pages are very clean, no tears. Book comes with a handsome clamshell box.
