Spine is toned, boards show handling use. Rubbing to cloth at top and bottom of spine and corner folds. Book has aged well and now comes with a clear, removable acetate jacket. Author wrote over 40 novels which are set in Africa. He was a contemporary of H. Rider Haggard.
