A fine, clean and tight hardcover copy in a near fine jacket/broart covered. First Edition. No bumped corners to book. No tears to jacket. But jacket does show rubbing and light soiling from handling. A small light gauge to front of jacket just under the G in Sprague. Jacket is not priced clipped. A very decent copy of a scarce Arkham title of which only 500 copies were printed.
